I got that infamous Death Wobble. I paid someone else a lot of money getting it 'fixed'. It drove like crap after that. I spent 2 years and a lot of money trying to chase down the problem. As a last resort, I brought my Jeep here. Inside 10 minutes, they had all these issues they noticed.....that everybody else missed. They got it fixed and now it drives like it should! Thank You Jeep West!

This is now my go to shop for Jeep repairs Drop my 99 jeep grand cherokee off. Front headlights and rear tail lights and horn.Were not working took off towards the coast for 7 days for work.Came back was finished when I arrived. Quality work and Prompt service .

Took a Jeep in for vibrations, After a sketchy and unconcerned inspection by jeep west, Jeep west said it was the U joints. It was actually the engine that was causing issues lol. Wouldn't bring any car to jeep west if my life depended on it. They're good for your money, but not honesty. Go somewhere else or teach yourself to do the work better than these guys. They're also gender biased and treat women like dirt. I fixed the problem on my own for less the the 800$ jeep west wanted for my U JOINTS 🤣🤣

An absolutely amazing company! David Is an Amazing tech with lots of knowledge in the same goes for the rest of his crew. They have been honest and straightforward from the beginning. Where I was ready to spend the money I needed to fix my rear differential, and I took it down there and they actually found out that It wasn’t my rear differential ..but rather a problem inside my transmission.
