Was told 2 drop off our vehicle at 8am. I called at 3 p.m., and they still hadn't even looked at it
If you're only needing simple service a monkey could do like oil changes and tire rotation, i recommend but anything technical and electrica.l i would suggest another location even after, I gave them a part number they kept my vehichle 5 more days . When advised the vehichle was ready for pick up . Surprise the issue was the part I advised them to change.dont get me started on a loaner vehichle never been to a dealer that didn't have a car available. They lost my business..
