Excellent staff and great service. How in the used car section is the best and Joan on dodge side.
My service manager, Josh, is incredible. He goes above and beyond to make sure I know what's going on with my Jeep. My voicemail was full so he sent the longest text you've ever seen to explain all three issues I was having and their resolutions. He didn't have to take the time to do that. I can't say enough good things about Josh and the service department.
Scheduled a state inspection and the total process was great from the friendly check-in, to a pleasant wait in their waiting room, snd 40 mins later out thd door. Everyone associated with the process were friendly and in the holiday spirit on Dec 23rd. As loyal customer an added bonus in that the inspection ($20) was Free! Always a pleasant experience.
