The service department is very helpful and kind. I bought my daughter a jeep Cherokee from another used dealer and they didn’t give us the key to the locking lug nuts. After trying multiple locations and calling around I was sent to the used dealer. They unlocked them and put on new regular nuts in less than 15 minutes and never charged me anything. The young lady said they had some extra nuts so it was no charge. They helped make a frustrating situation an easy fix.
3 month wait for jeep to be fixed. They give it to us and now it doesn’t even turn on. Take it to another place and turns out they didn’t even fix the issue.
