Terrible service department!!! They have kept my truck for a month with zero communication. These people haven’t returned 20 calls and countless attempts for response including 4 trips to dealership. Business is simply about communication and customer service which these people have none. Do not trust these people they are extremely dishonest.
We had a good experience with the service department. Very kind, courteous and thourough.
Zero stars is more like it. DO NOT take their word on the additional warranty they offer on their prior owned vehicles. Was told it would cover something and it does not. $15k to fix. They refuse to take the car back. Vehicle has not been our possession a month and this happens. Also, didn't offer any helpful information going forward. Sales staff should be ashamed to do this to people.
