parts team was rude and not helpful
The day after I bought a 2109 Rubicon with 16,000 miles and a 6 yr extended warranty, the check engine light came on. I brought it back the very next day and the service department had a 17 yr old kid tell me they couldn’t find anything. I was not charged for the service or a signature requiring my warranty to be used or a deductible. The check engine light came on 3 weeks later and they had a female scheduler tell me they just turned the light off because they couldn’t find anything, and again, there was no deductible charg... read more
