AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Our family has purchased multiple vehicles here. After dealing with the service department, NEVER AGAIN. • Unwanted sexual advances towards customers (my younger sister) from “the Bossman” Jeremy. • He was also bragging about cheating on his wife loud enough for myself and other customers to hear. •Another family member had concerns (also with Jeremy) about insurance fraud happening with her vehicle. Avoid at all costs.
Jordan was amazing to work with from the beginning to the end! He was knowledgeable and went out of his way to help make the process smooth easy.
I have bought over 8 cars from Pilson's over the last several years. The guy that checked me out at the service department Jeremy o. is the rudest most disrespectful unprofessional person I have ever met. I will never purchase a vehicle from this lot again due to the service that I have received the last two times . Not only do i have have to drive over an hour to service my car it was waiting for over thirty minutes, he made sure to wait before he decided to check me out on his own time.
