OK.... I HAVE TO MAKE A SERIOUS UPDATE. I ACTUALLY LOVE THEM. It did take some effort to get their attention, but they have, will and do go above and beyond for their customers. I live in another state and they sent an extra item to my house for my vehicle. That might not sound like much, but it's the principal and attentiveness to the customer that MEANS THE WORLD.... to me at least. From this point on, they are considered family. I WOULD RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THEM BEFORE ANYONE ELSE.

I can’t say enough good things about Beck Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. I was in town from Dallas to pick up a tow truck, and it needed some emissions work. Beck got me in right away—even bumped me to the top of the list since I wasn’t local. They had me taken care of fast and even provided a free rental car while the work was being done. Top-notch service, incredibly accommodating, and truly went above and beyond. Thank you to the team at Beck for making a stressful situation so much easier!
