Service for Dodge Ram 2500, purchased tires from the dealer. After a couple months a vibration developed after 60mph. Took the truck back and the dealership checked all tires and found one was out of round. Ordered a replacement.
Five star service! I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. All aspects of this dealership are A+ from the service lane to the parts guys, this is the place to go.
I suggest "NOT" using this dealership's service department because of their inability to communicate with their customers appropriately and timely. I made an appointment for March 24th, Monday morning, to have a couple of recalls repairs made and to check a navigation issue on my Ram truck . I stated I would be waiting and was told they would know something by 9:30 AM. 11 AM came around and still no information. My spouse decided to come pick me up and return to the dealership around 4 PM. No phone call during the whole time... read more
