I can’t say enough good things about Beck Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. I was in town from Dallas to pick up a tow truck, and it needed some emissions work. Beck got me in right away—even bumped me to the top of the list since I wasn’t local. They had me taken care of fast and even provided a free rental car while the work was being done. Top-notch service, incredibly accommodating, and truly went above and beyond. Thank you to the team at Beck for making a stressful situation so much easier!
Needed taillight screws. Called parts department Jayson was friendly, he found my screws and had them ready when I got there. No complaints from me Beck always takes care of me.
Brought my ram that I bought HERE in for a oil change and transmission check. A "4hr" repair ended up being there 5 days due to them supposedly having a bad part, ordering another part that came broken, and having to wait on a third. Things happen but you make it right when its your fault. Most shops waive a diagnostic fee if you end up doing the repair, but not here. Beck’s repaired my shifter in lightning fast time. Then they went above and beyond by having Earnest bring it back to my home when they realized I had no way to pick it back up. Their professional service is top shelf
