I took my car in for a routine service at Noosa Creek Car Service, the told me the brake pads were fine until next service, went back a 2 weeks later cos brake make noise, my brake rotors were damaged and now need to be completely replaced. They admitted theck mistake but still quoted me $1200 for replacement.I'm still waiting for their reply for booking that in. expect basic checks and proper maintenance from a professional mechanic, not costly errors that compromise safety. I cannot recommend them.
I’m quite dissatisfied and genuinely frustrated with the service I’ve received. A first as I service my car and bought my car from Cricks Noosa. I had made a call in January to discuss booking my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in for a diagnosis. I was advised the fee is $160 per hour for diagnosis in that call. I advised I’d call back. I called back in Feb to then be told the diagnosis would be $290. I queried the $160, told it was wrong and made the booking regardless. My car needs help. Awful service. My car broke down and they put the phone down on me. Jeep assistance is even worse! They are plain incompetent They had my car from friday to monday and returned my car atill felthy and with deflated tires. Dont biy a jeep wrangler it is unreliable on the beach!

I’ve been getting my Jeep serviced at Cricks Noosa for a few years now and have found the team to always be very helpful & friendly. They explain things thoroughly to me, answering all my questions, give accurate quotes and timeframes, and go out of their way to help wherever they can. I’ve never been treated like I know nothing about my car because I’m female, unlike some service centers. And I’ve never had to wait long for a lift in the courtesy vehicle.
