I’ve been getting my Jeep serviced at Cricks Noosa for a few years now and have found the team to always be very helpful & friendly. They explain things thoroughly to me, answering all my questions, give accurate quotes and timeframes, and go out of their way to help wherever they can. Michael and his service team are awesome - you can trust them to go above and beyond for you. They helped me sort out a tricky issue with my Jeep with kindness and patience. I had everything explained to me really clearly which I was grateful for, as well. All dealership service departments are not created equally - this one the best.

The Cricks Noosa Vehicle Service team are absolutely rubbish at their job. The worst service team I have encountered and as a new Jeep vehicle customer of 6-8 weeks there has been NO EFFORT to contact me. I have followed them up twice and last Friday 28 July contacted the Sales agent who sold me the vehicle to follow them up and was told I would receive a call this week. Guess what? They don't reply phone calls. They don't follow up complimentary service bookings. They don't follow up on active vehicle recalls. THIS IS A MAJ... read more
