She is nice in person but I have been waiting for a prescription for 10 days now and I have reached out twice and was told by a nurse that they would let the doctor know but nothing ever happens. I have given up and am starting over again with a different doctor. I won't be seeing this doctor again.
Not good medical team: Lack of Accessibility: It is medical teams difficult to contact outside of scheduled appointments, leaving me more then once feeling stranded when I need urgent advice or assistance. Difficulty getting referrals to necessary testing and even routine medication refills, I was asked to do not necessary physical visit for regular refills. Not good communication with team, not possible to contact doctor directly. A lack of attention to patients' needs by team. No walks in.
I cannot adequately express my thankfulness for having Dr. Padath on my care team. I have complexities in my medical needs and, of all doctors, she truly serves as my metaphorical quarterback and listens to me, helps me navigate needs, and truly looks at my whole picture when making recommendations on my healthcare plan. She’s wonderful.
This office is notorious for late appointments. Today I waited over an hour never to be seen by the doctor. I had an 11am appointment and left just after 12pm because I had to return to work. Clearly, my time is of no value and not important. Will not be going back.
