Great service and reliable. They have fixed a few bikes of mine and some of my family members as well.
I don't hate it! Just a very poor experience. I called to see when I could get a PM and did not receive a call back. Then I called back and set up for the Tuesday of the next week. I dropped off my bike at 10am when they open. I called at 3:30pm to see if done or get an update. I was told they could not get to it today, but I could bring it back in tomorrow. I declined for a first impression I was not pleased!
