He was nothing but nice to me so I ignored the negative reviews for years and continued going to him. I called them recently to ask for a prescription for a cream which I had gotten in the past without needing an appointment, and was told that because I hadn't been there in a year there was nothing they could do for me. I explained I had moved to Simsbury (over half an hour away) 6 months after my last appointment, and don't have paid time off currently. Dr. Jedrychowski has been my doctor for over 15 years. Everyone in my family goes to him as well. He always takes the time to listen and makes me feel cared for.
Fast service
If I could give 0 start I would. Dr J told me he has 5 min per patient. I was literally there for 5 min. He did not listen to my needs and did not care about my health at all. Office staff just purely rude.
