When Dentist was questioned about the care plan, he became angered and raised his voice. Didn't like to be questioned.
While the treatment has been successful, the practice's very limited office hours (Mon-Thurs only until 4, + closed from 12-1:15 every day, closed Fridays) make it very challenging. We have no school every other Friday but can't get ortho appointments then. If you don't mind pulling kids from school for appointments, and leaving work in the middle of the day to get them there, this practice maybe a great fit. Otherwise I'd seek practices with more customer-friendly appointment hours.
Dr. Gass has been nothing short of gracious and understanding with my needs and conditions. His staff are ALWAYS friendly and as a long time patient, I feel like a part of their family. That's what they are. A family. I'm always welcomed with a smile and they go above an beyond to accommodate my schedule! Thank you Dr. Gass and ladies!
Everything about my experience at Dr Gass' office is great. I feel the best decisions are being made about my teeth as I go thru the orthodontic experience.
