I have been going to Dr. Jeda Phillips for years and he is a compassionate caring doctor who takes his time with his patients and genuinely cares about your well being and remembers the small details from previous visits. Great man and doctor!!!
I can not say it enough that Dr.Philips is the best physician. He takes the time to talk, explains everything and genuinely cares. I recently went for a well visit. The staff and nurses are equally supportive and friendly. They gave me a shingles vaccine, flu, and I had my blood test.
Today I had my first visit with Dr Philips was a little nervous as my established PcP had moved out of state. The wait was lengthy to see him once I arrived in the office and I see why, he took the time and explained everything and personalized my visit. I didn’t feel rushed and that was a true positive. He addressed all my concerns thank you!
The worst receptionist ! If you have lots of Patience trying to call the dr office you will wait 47 min every time ! I lost my patience the other day and I started to yell on the phone ! These people need to do something other wise he will loose all of his patients Not only that they have no idea what they are doing Dr Phillips your receptionist told me if I am not happy I have choices Thanks to her I got another dr We have lots of choices But it’s not nice for a dr to loose his patients because of non professional people!!!
I was totally displeased with rhe receptionist that called me back this morning. This Doctor came recommended to me because I am looking for a POC as a doctor. She was rude and short. I saw my insurance listed on the website and her response was "Welllllll he doesn't take new patients with that insurance." There's a way to talk to people and that wasn't it! I heard Dr. Phillips was a great doctor too bad the female that called me back tthis morning WAS NOT!!!!!
