This company never even showed up when they said they would. They dont pick up there phones or get back to us when we text them and email them. I have reached out to another vinyl pool company and they advised me to not use jed for any pool work what so ever.
They took our money and ran but not before causing even more damage we have to now pay to have repaired. The competence of this company is questionable at minimum. These geniuses drained our pool to take measurements and pretty much walked away. No instructions, nothing. I asked about refilling the pool and they said no need. Low and behold one of the walls collapsed after a bad rain. About 4 years ago my husband ordered a 21 ft above ground pool. He spoke with Mike, they came and put the pool up. From the beginning the ground prep was not done right. The pools flooring has always been lumpy and uneven. At least 20 calls, emails, voicemails have gone COMPLETELY unanswered for 2 years. We completely missed the pool season last year due to issues with the liner coming undone and the pump not working. NO ONE responds - there is literally NO WAY to resolve ANY issue with this company. My family was all excited about ordering and having Mine with Jed Vinyl Pools install a 15ft above ground pool. He wanted a commitment to protect each other as part of purchase which I obliged and sent him. That was it! Six calls, four texts, and three emails later I sent by each a cancel of the order.
