DO NOT GO HERE - I had a knee replacement surgery here last week. Worst hospital ever. They could not keep track of my medications and the majority of the technicians were uncaring and unprofessional. Sad to say I can only remember the name of one nurse "Ivens" who was one of my night nurses and was the best. My daughter is in the medical profession and she ended up changing my wet bedding since they felt laying on a damp pad was acceptable. I went to this hospital early May of this year. I was vomiting every couple minutes and had a fever of 104. I got to the hospital and through triage. The nurse assumed I had taken some sort of narcotic and told me this is what I get for taking pills. Then, I was left in the waiting room for 6 1/2 hours before they finally had a room ready for me. Myself and my family have had emergency visits and procedures done at NW, the staff are indifferent on a good day and hostile on a bad day, a family member was actually assaulted by a MRI technician because her arm would not move the way the technician wanted and was actually punched hard on the arm in an attempt to straighten the arm out, unfortunately due to a past surgery the arms movement was limited, the result was a black/blue arm, avoid this place if you can....
