If I could give 0 stars, I would. Called to ask a simple question about a Intelli Radio remote that was purchased for a concrete pump and the woman who answered said they could not help me and hung up on me mid sentence...horrible service. Steer clear of this place.

I just want to share my experience with JED Alliance Group. I have been following these guys for 10 years now.
