Do NOT let your child go to one of their homes! Most of their staff is inadequate and under trained. They spend their shifts with their noses buried in their phones. They don’t speak English around the clients and unless your child is very low functioning, they can’t handle them. Upper management is even worse than the staff. They are very bad company. They are trash. They can tell you come the office for two weeks for training, but they not even doing Kal in and out. They don’t even know you here or not. They are very bad company, trash and trash trash.

I wonder how they have a DHS license. These reviews are paid for, they ask employees to write reviews for a reward. They will put you in a dangerous situation and fire you when complain. The truth is the Amazon of group homes. JEC only cares about the money and you are a small tool to be used until you leave. They have group training on Mondays every week. Ask yourself why they need to train employees every week because retention is that bad. No one wants to work here long.
