I have gotten nothing but horrible service from this office location and every other office I've tried to call to get help in this city. American National should be ashamed with the employees they hold at this location especially. I have been hung up on twice from this location asking respectfully for information on my coverage and twice from their 1-800 number. Jeb has NEVER called me back regarding issues I've had and I believe the guy doesn't even exist. Go with ANYONE other than these people to cover your family's belong... read more
Pretty sure "Jeb Hoffman" is just a name and not a real human. We have been hung up in twice while trying to respectfully obtain information on our home and auto plans, and when we do speak to someone, they are defensive and claim things such as emails were sent to us when they never were. There are much, much better insurance companies who don't act like a simple conversation with you is such a burden. Stear clear!
