We closed on a new construction home 11/22 in which Jean's Septic installed the septic system. We noticed issues with pooling of sewage in our back yard in April 2023. We got the municipality involved in May 2023 as Jean's stated the pooling was run off water and not sewage. The municipality tested the "liquid" and determined it was waste. Jean's went back and forth with the builder, Delani Construction, over fault and ultimately agreed to repair the issue in June 2023.
