Jeannine Wallace is a very professional P.A. She goes above and beyond to help patients when in need. You cannot find a better caring and compassionate person, she is superb in her field!
I can not say enough good things about Jeannine Wallace. My wife and I have been going to her for years and she is an amazing PA. Kind, caring, and has always been on top of anything I have ever needed. Fantastic!!!!
Luv me some Jeannine Wallace she is attentive and really can connect with me... also has a very laid back and open minded personality. She's very cool and I really like her. It's been a while since I have been to see her but I am making an appointment today!
My family has been seeing Dr. Wallace for years and have always loved her devotion and attentiveness to our questions or needs. She took the time to explain my meds and what they are for instead of just giving them to me and saying,"just take these!" like my previous Dr. If I send her a message in the web portal, I get a response. There are plenty of Dr's to see in Katy , but I choose to go where I am treated the best. Thank you Dr. Wallace for caring and thank you for loving your job!
I just saw a response from Prime Care that if we have a complaint to call and ask for a manager. Easier said than done. Dr Phan wasn't available so I made an appointment with Jeannine Wallace. She ordered an X-ray. I have been calling, left five messages and I has been six days and still no call back, and no way of speaking with a manager because nobody answers the phone.
