Amazing level of care, caring and transparency. Navigating a "surprise" diagnosis was nerve wracking to say the least. Jeannie and the team at Hampton Health have continued to go above & beyond in my care and have been a source of reassurance in this journey!
Our daughter went to her for some issues she was having. Jeannie prescribed her some medication. Shortly after starting the meds, our daughter became very emotional, having crying fits for no apparent reason and the meds seemed to amplify the issues she was having. Upon returning to talk to Jeannie, she was told to keep taking the meds, that it takes time to take effect. After a few visits begging to change the meds, to no avail, I took her to the ER.
