Dr. Tao was kind, listened well, shared good ideas; & her nurse was also caring & helpful. The best!
Outstanding experience from check-in to completion of visit. Dr. Tao listens, gives and takes feedback, and puts the patient at ease. Nursing staff was attentive and patient. Pharmacy was efficient and courteous. Overall an outstanding visit!
No waiting to be seen. Since I decided to choose Dr. Tao I've been very pleased I did it. Besides being sweet she's knowledgeable and listens to every concern. I had I good experience since I got to the front desk, and the nurse.
Burke is my preferred Kaiser location. It is close to my home and beats traveling to other areas through heavy traffic for routine visits, tests and minor procedures. BUT, my main reason for preferring this location is Dr. Tao is there. She puts up with this grumpy old guy and his wonderful wife. She is willing to meet with both of us at the same time, listens to both when my wife rats me out for things I'd ignore; and helps us sift through what is important, what can and/or should be done, and what can be delayed or ignored... read more
Dr. Tao is a wonderful doctor. She is very patient in listening to your concerns. If you need anything urgently, she will do her best to make it happen. I absolutely recommend Dr. Tao.
