Never got to see this Doctor, the office staff was rude to me and said that the doctor will not see me because they do not take my insurance after they made me an appointment 3 months in advance. I am 80 years old and they had me drive over 40 min to go to that office in brandon for them to be rude to me and tell me they won’t see me. Chose my doctor with my new insurance which was doctor figueroa only to find out they don't take new patients and are telling me to call back in a month to check availability. Should not be available in the network if this is the case. I wasted alot of time researching to have to do it all again.
