i got diagnosed with a strange type of psoriasis at my regular doctor. there wasn’t much she could do for me and told me to go to the dermatologist. i made an appointment here because it’s where i went in my childhood. i had itchy spots all over every inch of my body and they made we wait 3 months for an appointment. that’s not the bad part though. finally, after 3 months i get to my appointment. the secretary handed me paperwork to fill out which i did. i returned the paperwork and she looked over it quickly, called me back... read more
My 14 year old had an appointment today for her yearly physical. she was told that she was over weight by the Dr. My child is 5 ft 2" and weights 114 lbs that ratio is normal and certainly not over weight. To tell a teenage girl she is over weight when she is not is inappropriate and can lead to serious problems in the future.
Dr. Chinchilla was both of our children’s pediatrician. Recently my son was urinating a significant amount of blood. We took him in and samples were drawn and sent in. No other actions were conducted or recommended. After 2 weeks with no call we called to be told that nothing was wrong. It happened again. My doctor discovered both kidneys packed with kidney stones and said it was handled grossly innappropriatly. Shameful. Disinterested is not a strong enough description of the situation.
Love Dr Chinchilla, been my son's Dr since day one 13 years ago!!! Couldn't of made a better choice!!! I asked my son would you rather go to a man now his answer was absolutely not!!! He said he never wants a different Dr!!!

Love this doctors office great doctor she actually seems like she cares unlike other doctors offices I have gone to.
I went to Dr. Chinchilla for four or five years and never had a great experience. The appointments were not thorough, rushed, and always unpleasant. I also, always felt that she was skeptical of me whenever I brought up health issues which seemed an odd attitude to have as a doctor. Additionally, the receptionists were also rude at times with the exception of Chinchilla's son (who worked there last I went). On the bright side, the facility was very clean.
Excellent pediatrician my children like her a lot. She is very smart and her knowledge of medicine and pediatrics is excellent
If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring then you should consider visiting. . The office staff - EXCELLENT
