Five stars on communication and service and five stars each to Adelyn and Liz for fantastic hair and makeup! Jeanne really came through for us when the hair & makeup group we’d contracted months in advance canceled one week before my daughter’s wedding. I appreciated her prompt and professional communications. Adelyn and Liz were both terrific and worked really well from our inspo pics. We all felt great about how we looked on the big day. We should have called Jeanne’s in the first place! Highly recommend.

Adelyn and her team did a phenomenal job for our wedding! She was incredibly communicative and flexible with different hairstyles and makeup requests. People had warned me hair and makeup would run over estimated times, but Adelyn and her team got done early and everyone looked beautiful! Our photographer and videographer were genuinely shocked and impressed. Thank you Adelyn, would definitely recommend!

My credit card information was stolen by Jeanne for future use WITHOUT my permission. While I did provide her with my card details for a deposit, I did NOT give her permission to save my card number or use it at a later date. To my surprise, my card was later charged an unauthorized amount. This behavior constitutes unethical and fraudulent business practices. This is in response to the RIDICULOUS response to my review. There's no "heart" issue give me a break. Anyone can see the pics and know the difference. Why would I take the time to show my pics and review if it was a wonderful job? Again, I think the pics speak for themselves. I didn't cry once on my wedding day - what a complete lie. Look at my face. No puffiness, no red, nothing. It's sad that instead of the business taking ownership for their poor job, they decide to lie in their response to my review.
