Referred by my ortho surgeon for treatment of osteoporosis in November 2023. Only one office visit. Was told needed to start specific med which she would prescribe once she had obtained copies of recent labs, bone density. After a month, I called about status, her MA said I needed a bone density. I said had one, then called my PCP office and had it faxed same day. A month later I called, MA said I needed labs. Told them I had labs done, plus a new set in their system done in January. Jeannee Sanders is absolutely great. I met her when I was in the process of getting my second hip replacement and she has never forgotten me!
