I am a new boater with jeanneau. Not sure if they read the reviews about their dealers in Maryland/Delaware. They have had my boat since October and don’t respond to phone calls and make promises they don’t deliver on. So if this is the way Jeanneau operates than buyer beware. I just want my boat back.

Reduction of staff in Annapolis hasn't made customer service any better. Don't buy a boat from them because sooner or later you'll go through hell trying to get parts. Some charter firms are refusing to accept their sailboats because they can't get parts to make necessary repairs.

Bought a new boat and the engine broke down in 6 months. And best part they put me on schedule for 3 days after. No one available for service. No one even cared to reply after repeated emails. And they call themselves a company with world wide network.

Still waiting for Jeanneau to fix my boat. I was told that I would get a call Friday or Monday from Jeanneau. Air still not working since last year when I bought the new boat. Crickets from Jeanneau. J'attends toujours que Jeanneau répare mon bateau. On m'a dit que je recevrais un appel vendredi ou lundi de Jeanneau. L'air ne fonctionne toujours pas depuis l'année dernière lorsque j'ai acheté le nouveau bateau. Grillons de Jeanneau.
