I have had an appointment as a new patient scheduled for weeks now. Today, I just received a voice message stating that "all of the sudden she is no longer accepting new patients". My appointment is tomorrow. It is totally unprofessional to cancel appointments so close to appointment date (the day before) especially since it is extremely difficult to secure an appointment with doctors in the city. I really needed to see the doctor due to a medical problem.
Dr. Travis has been my GP for about ten years. She is great. She is mild mannered, reassuring, and very professional.

She is kind, compassionate, professional, and has been extremely attentive to my questions and concerns. I have always been impressed with the time that she takes with me at my routine appointments and her advice and recommendations are well-considered and well-explained.
