It’s an absolute shame I have banked with JDCU since for 20 years and today the way I was treated was unlike the JDCU I once banked with. I rarely go into a branch and today I went to open my 1 year old an account. I go to deposit a bunch of cash she has collected over the last year. The teller uses a cash counting machine and hands me a receipt that I deposited 100$ less. I explain that I had given her more and she told me the machine is never wrong yet the machine only counts bills and not change but my deposit was 205.84 ... read more
