Every single employee here deserves bad things. Very bad things.
All the staff here are very friendly and always so helpful. Been a member since the first Lowell location in the 90s. It's so convenient having this location just 5mins from my job!! Highly recommend this credit union for everything. Car loans, home loans, etc... I always find they have very competitive rates.
Great
15 year customer, they double paid an automatic payment, and admitted it was their mistake. Then told me it was 100% up to me to go after recovering the money. AVOID THIS CREDIT UNION.
