I wanted to share that I've experienced at this clinic on numerous occasions rude behavior being displayed by staff and personally being spoken with an inappropriate and condescending demeanor, specifically by staff member Sophia . Upon asking her a question in regards to a fee that was not previously mentioned by the doctor, whom himself printed and handed me my requisition, with no fee. I forgot the print out at the office . I came into the clinic recently to ask a simple question at the front desk, but the reception experience was disappointing. When I approached, the two receptionists were talking together and even after making eye contact with me, they chose to finish their personal conversation, laughing and smiling, before acknowledging I was there. I have used this pharmacy for 5 years and the staff are amazing. They are always helpful and kind. Everything is fast and efficient. This is the only pharmacy I will go to now!
