7 weeks post-partum I had the mirena inserted. I was very nervous and changed my mind my Dr. Champion assured me it was great and it would not affect my breastmilk. I am barely able to breastfeed, I have night sweats, severe cramps, weight gain, mood swings, acne, horrid back pain and more. This was the worst experience ever. Dr. Texier in my whole pregnancy always ran late and came in with a chip on her shoulder. When I asked a question she could hardly be bothered and didnt even seem sure of what she was saying. She had no time for me. Thankfully she wasn't the one who was there when I had my baby. I wont be going back to her.
I loved this Dr. and I very much hope she will be the Dr. I see for appointments and delivery for my next baby. She is very knowledgable and confident. She has a good sense of humor and keeps a positive atmosphere. Most of all she made me feel like I was well taken care of and important.
Bad experience every time I went, doctor didn't want to hear my issue, rolled eyes at everything I said. She had no time to listen to me ever and couldn't even bother to return my calls. I'd call 3 to 4 times and never get her to call me back. I won't ever waste my time going to her again
Awesome doctor!! She makes you feel so comfortable when you go in and she has a wonderful sense of humor.
I saw Dr. Champion for the first time this pregnancy and she delivered my daughter. She is soft spoken and very kind. Puts you at ease when delivering! :) I would highly recommend her to anyone. All of the staff are so kind and helpful as well. You really feel like family when there, instead of a patient. Love this office!
