Called for an appointment and was told abruptly by a dispassionate party that the doctor is not taking new patients. The doctor posted a video welcoming new patients. Perhaps that should be amended. Follow up: the doctor herself or the office staff actually did conscientiously note the problem addressed in the above review. She is the most pleasant doctor I know for the last 5 years. Love her
On my Aetna app, it says Dr. Bulan is accepting new patients but after calling the office this morning I was told that she is not, which is quite disappointing. I was looking forward to meeting and working with her after watching her video.
