Dr. Ernest is smart, kind, understanding, and thorough. She does a great job reviewing your overall health issues every time you have a visit at her office. I recently visited her for follow up on a joint pain issue and after making a plan for that we had an at length discussion on my other pressing health issues. She has amazing bedside manner and is easy to talk to about your health issues without feeling like you are being judged. I have been with Dr Ernest about 12/13 years now. Great Doctor with her Care. Gives Information on Medications/Hx and will address if she feels I needed something different or changes made as I aged. She is Honest, Easy Going, has Humor and is Comfortable to talk with. The Staff have been Great also. Accommodating for Urgent Appointments, Professional and I'm able to call and get help when I have questions on a Health Issue or Medications. I Appreciate having them as my Primary Care.
Dr. Ernest cared for my parents for many years. They absolutely adored her. She has been readily available and would squeeze them in appointments as needed or requested. She showed them compassion and always met their needs to the best of her ability. She always took time with them. My dad passed 9 years ago and she still remembers him and what he went through.
