First, name is Ann Rooney. My experience has been great here. Dr. McLaughlin is kind and gives wonderful explanations.
Dr McLaughlin is smart, funny, and excellent at explaining what's happening and what needs to be done. I'm very happy she's my nephrologist.
Dr. McLaughlin was wonderful. She is a very good listener, cares about her patients, shows compassion, and even sets aside time in the appointment to answer questions. We never felt rushed. She treated my mom with great respect and worked to alleviate her anxiety and concerns with her recent diagnosis. I am very pleased we found Dr. McLaughlin.
