I needed to look up Dr. Lain's office phone number to set an appointment because the office staff isn't on top of reminders & blood work a lot of times. But some of that responsibility (appts) falls on me as well though. But before I call I guess I'll leave a good review for Dr. Lain. I think she is a great care giver. A straight shooter who doesn't beat around the bush & provides good care even though I can tell she is steady busy with patients. Good care is hard to find. Dr. Lain is OK, It's the office staff that's horrible They'll call to remind you to get blood work done but never send over the paperwork to the labs. You'll call and wait call and wait and take 24 to 48 hrs for them to send it.. It's like having to talk to a bunch of 10 year old's calling every 10 minutes to make sure they do what they say they're going to do... I'm going on day 4 now waiting for lab paper work to be send over. I have better things to do then to be waiting around each day for a fax that takes 5 minutes.. Wh... read more
