I’m incredibly disappointed. After finding this business on Google, I called and had a consult over the phone with JEANA. We spoke a great length for almost 20 minutes about my cat. What’s going on with the cat and how we wanted to groom. I couldn’t bring the cat in myself so my wife had to. Even though this point was booked for well over a week she had missed booked her appointments. My wife had to sit there for a half hour and wait for her to finish with another cat. wash your dog here I like this place becuase it's a fun, busy place to wash your dog. The price is affordable and there is a good vibe about Jeanas. If you live close by, it's worth a short trip to check it out.
Clean and Friendly If you hate the idea of bathing a dirty dog after a muddy or icy walk through Cambridge, let these professionals take care of the job! Not only have they been around for years and have earned the trust of the community, they are nice and will treat your dog with care and respect. They'll probably be way more gentle than you could be on your own. Plus, give Fido a cut and he'll (you'll) be receiving compliments for weeks.
I'll never know... I just called to inquire about the services they provide... they must be extremely busy and in need of a customer service rep., because I had questions and I did get some answers to most of them, but I had a few more to ask. The first person was cordial but excused herself because she 'had to go', (is what she said) and gave me to Jeana. Not shabby! My dog did OK here. It's not the super best, but it was nice and doable. The atmosphere was high energy, and the prices were fine. It was rather loud. My dog got washed and was clean. It's a fun place, but I am not sure if this was my bag of tea. I may try this place again. I love my dog and she needs the best!
Jeana's Dirty Dog Salon If you really care about your dog or cat then this is the place for you to bring them for grooming. Unlike other shops the staff here are animal lovers and actually CARE about each individual animal that walks through the door. I have seen both dogs and cats go into the shop with their fur so matted that it would seem almost impossible to groom. I made an appointment for my two cats about two months ago, and wrote an email to Jeana on Wednesday to inquire about the price of my two cats for routine grooming, to which she responded that she would have to see them to give me an accurate price. In her response, she also confirmed my appointment for Friday at 3PM. I arrived about ten minutes early and sat there until 3:45PM without as much as her giving me a courtesy call to say she was running late. I called multiple times and sent her an email. RecommendedJeana is wonderful with our blind, 12yo cockerpoo. We've been coming here for 6 years, and Jeana and team have been great every time. They take the time and extra care our pupper needs, and she always feels safe and at home while there.
They do an amazing job here. As much asI love my dog, I gotta admit she can be kinda mean, but they handle it like the pros they are, give amazing advice, care about her health and wellness, and make her look beautiful every time I bring her in. They also make her smell amazing, which I think is probably magic on their part 😊
