I’m incredibly disappointed. After finding this business on Google, I called and had a consult over the phone with JEANA. We spoke a great length for almost 20 minutes about my cat. What’s going on with the cat and how we wanted to groom. I couldn’t bring the cat in myself so my wife had to. I made an appointment for my two cats about two months ago, and wrote an email to Jeana on Wednesday to inquire about the price of my two cats for routine grooming, to which she responded that she would have to see them to give me an accurate price. In her response, she also confirmed my appointment for Friday at 3PM. I arrived about ten minutes early and sat there until 3:45PM without as much as her giving me a courtesy call to say she was running late. I called multiple times and sent her an email.
