Jeana is an outstanding agent who always helps me get the best coverage I need. Her service and communication skills are both great.
Jeana is short, rude, and unprofessional in her correspondences. It takes her a while to respond to you and when she does, she avoids answering the questions you have asked her and essentially does the bare minimum to get the job done. Farmers as a whole has done great when I’ve needed to file claims but Jeana is the reason I’m looking for another insurance company for my auto coverage. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
