Dr. Faure often provided insightful medical advice. The problem is his secretary was disorganized. Furthermore, I often felt rushed and that he didn't really have time or want to hear my concerns. There's no way to email him- everything is done by phone through his secretary, who's nice but often has trouble keeping track of things and getting back to you quickly.
