I had a bay window replaced today by Bob. Teriffic job installing the new one, its better than the original -at a fair price. I appreciated the attention to detail. I highly recommend Jean Mirror & Glass.

We have worked with the Jeans on three separate jobs so far, and as long as they are in business we will never use any other company. Their attention to detail is evident even before the job begins. They came for a looksee on a French door we needed replaced, and I had mentioned that I was considering blinds between the glass. I called Bob on the advice of my real estate agent to fix a cracked window in the kitchen at my mom's place. He initially asked me for payment upfront. Given that I had not heard of him or worked with him before I was reluctant to do this. He was flexible and allowed me to pay him after the job was finished. He did a great job fixing my mom's window and now I can finally move on to other things and eventually sell her house. Thank you Bob great job!! Very happy with this service.

A hilarious joke for a business. After 2 years of contacting this place every few months for a broken window repair, all we were able to get was a measurement performed after 9 months of calling. Every time we asked when we could expect assistance we were told "oh yeah your name is on the board". Finally after 2 years of attempting to work with this company we were verbally insulted over the phone and told to find another company. Do not attempt to work on this business, as they are a blight on this world.

Easily the worst business I have ever attempted to work with. Exceptionally unprofessional. In the 18 months we have attempted to get them to repair our window multiple times they have said they would call us, then when we finally called them back after weeks of waiting they would tell us they had removed us from their list because we didn't call them.
