I have called the office numerous times to no answer. Left voicemails no answer to finally get a hold of someone named Tammy who was VERY unprofessional. I had asked to reach out to speak to the doctor directly numerous times after being denied an appointment. Continued to speak with the doctor even after Tammy thought she was on mute while speaking back to me rude and unprofessional. Best OBGYN ever! She delivered both of my children and cared for me when I had a miscarriage. Dr. Texier and her team are absolutely amazing and I would give them 100 stars if I could.
My wife and I have been trying to conceive for years, we have no issues with the doctors but the staff are horribly unreliable. We had to contact other doctors offices to get time sensitive medications because of how unreliable they are. Messages were left multiple times for an entire week with absolute no follow up. This has not been an isolated experience. If you need a doctor with reliable staff I would not recommend.
I would avoid this doctor and office at all costs! Dr. Texier ran a bunch of expensive tests and bloodwork and sent the results to the wrong hospital — not to the doctor she referred me to. Therefore, the surgeon she referred me to did not get any of my information by the day of my surgery. She knew she had submitted the information to the wrong hospital and still didn’t correct her mistake after I talked with her. Dr. Texier is an amazing OB/GYN. I’ve been coming to her since my prenatal care for my now 7yr old! She actually takes the time to listen, explain, and care!!! Hard qualities to find in a doctor of her specialty with the demanding schedule and responsibility she carries!
