This lawyer took on a case for my grandmother at the TAL and took advantage of her because she is elderly. The case was clearly open and shut, the landlord was not within his rights to request what he was requesting and the information provided by the lawyer could have been gotten for free by calling the TAL service line. He instead told my grandmother she needed to take and print out photos for her case and had her worried she would end up evicted. They arrived at the TAL and the judge threw out the case. À mon avis, ce n'est qu'un autre avocat qui cherche à profiter des personnes en crise. Il a représenté ma grand-mère aujourd'hui et a passé un total de 10 minutes devant le juge qui n'a même pas laissé parler Me Landry parce que l'affaire a été rejetée au motif qu'il n'y avait aucun motif pour cela en premier lieu. Je ne comprends pas exactement comment cet homme justifie la facturation de 225 / h * 4 = 900 $ à une dame âgée qui aurait dû être conseillée dès le début qu'elle n'avait rien à craindre et que l'affaire serait co... read more
