I recently reconnected with Dr. Jaeger as my new primary. Without going into any personal details, I can truly say that she was incredible. She took her time to hear my concerns, made me feel welcomed and without judgement treated me as a whole person. I felt seen and very heard. I love Dr. Jaeger. I feel comfortable telling her anything. She listens to me and listens some more...... She's really patient.
She takes time to discuss my health concerns and has a friendly bedside manner.
Dr. Jaeger is the epitome of what a doctor should be. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and an all around amazing person. She and her staff have gone above and beyond to help me with some personal issues in an unbelievable timely manner. She truly cares for her patients and addresses us patiently and individually in an extremely meaningful manner. . I’m so grateful to have Dr. Jaeger as my primary care physician.
Terrible doctor, didn’t listen at appointments, said she would do things and then wouldn’t. Took six months for a referral to a neurologist then 4 months for the appointment, only to be sent to an Optum neurologist who only treats Parkinsons and after paying $100 for someone to take me to Poughkeepsie to see her said she could even do a single test, not even nerve conduction tests. Now have to wait months for a proper neurologist. Said she would order a sleep study for my seizures but never did that. Screwed up prescriptions... read more
