Jean Issacs is rude. I called to tell her, I thought my Groupon had expired. I left a message. She got back to me and was very rude and kept saying she didn’t work for free, and to take it up with Groupon. I then realized I was wrong about the expiration date. I called her back and let her know this. She made the appointment and when I showed up she wasn’t there. I texted her and she said she had me down for the next day. Jean is the best massage therapist I've ever had. It may take a minute to get an appointment, but your patience will be greatly rewarded. She is respectful, efficient, and highly skilled.

First of all, post your correct hours so people will know when you are working and when to make an appt. I purchased a Groupon and b/c she didn't have a space for an appt, I was told to just get a refund. I've never been told that by a business before. Do you know how difficult it is to a get a refund from Groupon? You use Groupon to expand your business, right? She was sooo incredibly rude, impatient and hateful on the phone. After a two minute conversation, I wonder how she has any business at all.
