Today was my 2nd visit and there’s been a significant improvement with my hair within the 3 months. My natural curls are coming back to life. She not only cuts hair but she teaches you what are in the products that make your hair unhealthy so that you can be aware of what you are using on your hair. She also takes the time to demonstrate the techniques that works best for curly hair. She’s a dedicated professional who cares about making you feel empowered.

Jean is fantastic! From the new client form that I filled out to the very end of my appointment, Jean made me feel comfortable getting my hair cut and learning how to style my wavy hair. It is obvious she really cares about her clients and asks all the right questions about length and your routine. Along the way she shares tips and tricks to styling and products to use. Wherever you are on your hair journey, Jean is Hair is the place to go!

I receive Innersense, shampoo and conditioner as a gift from a friend and I've been loving them. My hairstylus doesn't carry this line. So I asked my friend, where did she get them? She told me about Jean Is Hair. I called the salon to check if the products were in stock. I spoke personally to Jean, and she let me know she had them and that they were offering a refill program. Jean is simply the best. Always executing the cut, color and style perfectly. I’ve been a customer for 30 years now and leave the salon feeling and looking my best every time! Although I’ve moved to FL, I keep returning to MA for visits and hair cuts/styling at Jean is Hair! I’m sharing my Christmas cut with this review.

Yesterday I had my first appointment at Jean is Hair. I am thrilled with my haircut and styling. Jean asked many questions about what I wanted done and provided lots of tips for my "at home" hair care. I have happily booked my next appointment!
