I’ve visited this salon three times in the past—twice for haircuts, which I was happy with, and once for highlights. Before the highlights, I showed him a photo of the ash colour with subtle purple tones I wanted, and he confidently said he could achieve it. Unfortunately, the result was nothing like the photo, with strong brown/red/yellow undertones. When I raised my concerns, toner was applied, which darkened my hair considerably.
