Got renters insurance with no issues
So many mistakes. I have to follow up to make sure my requests have been properly processed. Recently got a notification of next payment due and it appears again that my policy changes and payment were not properly processed.
Worst agent I’ve EVER worked with. Written email to cancel my insurance as I changed companies and a month later, I’m still being charged and she did nothing to close the account! Now dealing with customer rep who has to figure it all out. DO NOT USE this agent!
Idk why she is in the business she nvr answers every month I gotta call 10times 3days n a row and have to get some1 else from a different american family insurance to help me do not I repeat do not go to this lazy person what a joke
