I had a wonderful experience during my first visit. Dr. Jean was very knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. I also really appreciated how friendly and welcoming the reception staff was. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this office!
This was my first visit to Village Medical. I felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as I walked in. They have a great group of people working at this particular clinic willing and wanting to make your time spent there pleasant. From check in to check out and everything in between. The entire staff were friendly, and helpful. I was treated like an individual, not just another patient. Great first impression!
Dr. Ferdinand and his entire team ALWAYS provide polite, supportive and helpful support from the front office, phlebotomists to checkout. He always listens and always make me feel comfortable to ask questions. Maria, the M.A. is great as well and very friendly. Update 3/20/24 Another great visit for my physical exam.
