I visited her for 3 years while I was in NY. Very competent and friendly. Smart doc.
Review is for summit health. Dr. Bernier operates under their umbrella. Provider is fine; she’s friendly. Summit is a nightmare. Took them over a year to submit the insurance claim for my routine physical bloodwork. They claimed it was out of network (it was not, at least when I saw her in 2023). This was verified at time of service. 1.5 years later (in July 2025) I got a bill. Still fighting with them and the insurance over a whopping $114 bill due to her offices slow admin/billing dept.
