Dr Carstensen is so thorough, compassionate and kind.
Provider did good job of listening to concerns and working to address issues.
I strongly advise against using Dr. Carstensen if you have Medicare, Medicaid, or complex medical issues that require doctors to coordinate care. While the staff at the clinic is great and I promptly recieve call-backs the same day, my experiences with Dr. C have been less than desirable. I have had four office visits with her that I can see in MyChart.
