I can’t believe how different my second interaction with this business was compared to my first one; I guess it was beginners luck. I had just scheduled a hair appointment for this afternoon while driving from Pittsburgh for an appointment on Tuesday morning at 10. After I checked in, I messaged her simply to see if we could meet first thing in the morning before my appointment.
